We look forward to having our middle school director Elissa Madson share her story with us. She will speak about how she is overcoming the power of busy-ness and perfection by allowing God to use her in whatever circumstances she finds herself in, relationships she has, or opportunities that arise.
A safe place to start stepping into God's Word. If you have been desiring this but have not been ready to dive into a deep study, this group is for you. The study book we will use is designed to make it easy to use and helpful for life, whether the Bible is familiar or new to you. Each participant will receive a study guide and an Abundant Life Bible. The page number given after every Bible reference is keyed to the page number in the Abundant Life Bible. Build friendships and discover more about God!

"Salvation isn’t just about heaven, it’s about being empowered on earth. God is the God of 'right now.' He doesn't want you sitting around regretting yesterday. Nor does He want you wringing your hands and worrying about the future. He wants you focusing on what He is saying to you and putting in front of you ... right now.” If you want to explore this more, The Armor of God study is for you. -a video based Bible study by Priscilla Shirer. Register HERE for Winter 2018 semester beginning Jan. 9th. Childcare available.
Come join Sharon Rundell as we study Ephesians 6:10-19 and how it applies to our lives.
Join us as we study the book of James, discussing insights we gain each week, questions you may have and praying for each other. James' overall purpose is to show that devotion to God must be consistent, undergirding the Christian’s way of thinking and lived out in all circumstances. James demands that believers must do God’s word and not just hear it. James urges believers to live out this wholehearted commitment to God in many specific ways: in our speech, in our community life, in our prayer and in our times of testing.
Join Michele Hawkins and others beginning January 9th at 9:30am. Register HERE. Childcare available.
