High School Director

The High School Director leads and grows a vibrant, faith-driven ministry that empowers high school students to live boldly in their faith. This role provides strategic leadership for programming, volunteer development, retreats, and events that foster lasting spiritual formation and a strong sense of belonging. This person plays a key role in mentoring students and building bridges between church, family, and community — shaping the next generation into faith-filled leaders equipped for life and mission.

Woodridge Internship

The vision of the Woodridge Internship is to strengthen the Global Church by raising up the next generation of ministry leaders through the Local Church.

    • Paid internship.

    • Growth and development of speaking and leadership skills.

    • A family from the church who will love, support, and care for your personal growth.

    • Hands-on ministry experience leading to a wide development of ministry skills.

    • A chance to connect with the local church and make friends with other like-minded ministry leaders.

    • 1st Quarter - StrengthsFinder

    • 2nd Quarter - Personal Leadership

    • 3rd Quarter - As a Communicator

    • 4th Quarter - Vision for Life & Ministry

  • Year 1 Example of Rotation:

    • Months 1–3 Early Childhood (0–5 year olds)

    • Months 4–6 Elementary (K–5th Grade)

    • Months 7–9 Middle School

    • Months 10–12 High School

    Year 2 Rotation:

    • A deeper dive into a specific ministry (example: Elementary, Middle School, etc.)

    • Work 10-12 hours/week

    • Show up for your ministry shifts (Sundays 7:30–12:30, Wednesdays 4–10)

    • 2x a month, House Group Ministry

    • Contribute to your assigned ministry.

    • Take initiative for your own development.

    • Communicate accordingly. Respond to emails from other staff and congregants.
